I love this! I did a rewatch of this show recently so I remember the scene with Morinasu. However I would put blame on everyone actually (minus Neviril). I felt bad for Aaeru because everyone was too chicken-$hit to tell Aaeru what exactly happened. Everyone always left out the exact details so obviously she was going to come up with her own conclusion which pretty much backfired. And even when that occurred no one even bothered to correct her with the whole story. It's like Kaimu had mentioned...that everyone wouldn't talk about the incident because they thought the tragedy would just silently go away by itself. While it was tactless of Aaeru, not knowing the truth about something isn't entirely her fault. Even Waporafu is at fault.
