You write well for an English Language Learner. I like the orginiality of the story, it's not the same thing we always see on H/HR fanfics. As for your beta question, something that might help you is to get a beta reader, someone who helps you correct grammar and syntax and what not. A good beta will explain things to you as they correct them. Another suggestion that I have for you is to pick an aspect of writing you want to focus on getting better at, and try finding ways to improve it.
