I loved this insight into Jesse mom as she never really talked about too much in the books, and its wonderful to see what shaped her, and things in her that I could see in Jesse. And I also loved how she named him Jesse, letting him be his own person.

Oh my goodness, this was SO lovely! :o Why are people not raving about this piece? It was utter, utter perfection. Every detail was beautiful, the writing completely believable, and above all, it had so much heart and soul that it made me tear up. Especially towards the end. Your ideas of his parents have taken up residence inside my head. I never thought of them in that detail before, and now I won't be able to think anything else of their personalities. Let's see, what else? I love how you write. I genuinely wanted to stop and come back later, but I ended up reading it all the way to the end, just because of the sheer wondefulness of the writing. It's like you're caressing your words or something. Thank you so much for writing this, really, it's as good, if not better, than anything Meg Cabot has written :D
