I have always enjoyed the relationship between the two Caines. This story in particular highlights the chasm that is between them... excellent work!

Oh My God!

That was such a great story! It potrays their emotions very well. I just felt slightly sad that Peter didn't spend Christmas at the Blaisdells, I liked him with his foster father.

You have GOT to write more! There aren't enough good KF:TLC stories out there!

Yes, now this was truly an excellent piece. Perhaps there may be hope for the two Cane's, at least with a little help from yourself. It was excellent how you showed the thoughts, feelings and reactions of both father and son, a technique that truly takes much thought and skill to accomplish. Again, an excellent work, excellent work indeed!

Hmm, I like this..shows the trueness in their relationship..you know, they're father and son, yet total strangers, as caine put it they need to "Relearn eachother", pretty tough considering they're both damned stubborn..

But still, very good story, VERY good.. I'm intrigued now..gunna go read the rest of these stories, atleast, I hope there are more. :)

Geesh! sorry it took me so long to get to this story, lol..I was having problems with my comp. This one really got into the feelings and stuff (and stuff..) and I really liked it! Umm this is from those 3 stories you wrote right? the one with the trip back to california, and the other one I can't quite remember..gosh, I need to go re-read your stuff again.
