If there was one word to describe this chapter it would be Squee!

Lindsay is so cute with all of this worry but with Danny knowing what is really affecting her was MARVELOUS! God, that man can read her like a book! I know at times he can't but with the patient way he had in here was lovely. He knew it was just the stress talking, and yes Lindsay does know how to stress herself out.

They look so cute in bed talking about this, that is my favorite thing in here. The way you described Lindsay with her dark eyes and pale skin was such a lovely image, I could see Danny wanting to take her in his arms. :) With the way he was talking about going through another pregnancy with all of the memories again, oh I can't wait for that. So beautiful, my friend! Not to mention the flirting and banter at the end, CLASSIC!

"She was worried because once again she had spent too much time alone with those confusing thoughts, with trying to sort out everything although she didn't even know for sure whether she was pregnant or not. He believed it was an instinct; she felt like she had to take care of everything, had to know every answer and right now she was simply overwhelmed."

"Then I think it's about time to calm down again," Danny told her with a soft smile. "I know you're stressing yourself out here. You have a talent for that. But do me a favour, okay? Being married means there are two people responsible for making things work. It's you and me. We have to find a way how to handle it together. Yeah, it will be a lot more complicated to have two children, and yes, handling our schedules and money will be tough. But I guess we faced a couple of challenges that were a lot more difficult. We went through situations which would have destroyed every other relationship. But look at us. If other couples can handle more than one child, we should really have no problem with that either." He winked at her. "And honestly...don't you want to experience it all again? Didn't you like to feel a baby growing in your belly? The first kick? The first ultrasound and the discussing of possible names?"

"And the morning sickness, the huge belly and the birth?" Lindsay chuckled and for the first time since she had entered the room, she was smiling. She sighed again, but this time it was different. "Why's it that always say the right words at the right time?"

"Because I know you," he answered, his smile widening a bit. "I know you're scared and that your worries overshadow everything else. There was no way you'd not be happy about this baby." He bent forward and kissed her onto her forehead."

"Lindsay chuckled. "You're a very wise man, Danny Messer."

Danny couldn't help but grin. "Are you making fun of me, Lindsay Messer?" His grin widened. "God, I love how that sounds."

She rolled her eyes at him. "You're such a dork." She chuckled again before she turned serious. "So you think I should just relax?" She sighed deeply. "I just...really hope two children won't cause too much stress and tension."

"It will be hard, but keep in mind what I said," he answered. "If others can do it, we can do it as well." He reached out and rested his hand on her still flat belly. It seemed as if a wonderful warmth was radiating from her stomach, travelling through his arm and spreading into his entire body. The thought of another life, created by them, growing in there was too beautiful.

"I start to believe that someone's going to be really disappointed when I'm not pregnant," she said. When he looked at her, she smiled and added, "And you won't be happy either."

Her words were all he needed to know. She was still worried because of all the changes and challenges they would have to face with two children. But thanks to his speech, she was seeing the good sides of a pregnancy again. It only caused his excitement to increase."

Aw! I love this story. So sweet and cute. I love Lindsay's thoughts about Danny and Lucy and their little family. I especially had to laugh at the part about Danny wanting lots of children and a van. Still can't quite picture that one ;)

And that he knows her so well that she can't keep something from him - he just instinctively sensed that something was wrong. And his reaction to her trying to keep it from him was so true. He's worked so hard on himself to share everything with her, he has the right to expect the same honesty from her. And when she hesitates, it hurts him.

I'm glad she finally admits that she's pregnant, and I love that although Danny is surprised, she can still see the excitement in his eyes! Wonderful.

This was great, loved the concept. Now this is one thing every D/L fan would LOVE to see in an episode. Great job, loved the way you wrote it. Can't wait to see what Danny says, please update soon! ))

SQUEE! See I told you she would be proud of you to post this! :) Lindsay and the way she is dealing with this alone makes my heart ache. But I do know that in the end it will work out, there is nothing both of them would want more than another child...or children!

I do love how you brought up that Lucy wasn't the solution to their problems, but she did help them sort it out. The bits of humor were great in here, with Lucy and her many boyfriends...LOL!

I can't wait to see more of this!

It was working perfectly and instead of pushing them apart, all those hindrances had brought them even closer together. They could rely on each other, they knew for sure that the other one would be there, no matter what happened."

"Lindsay didn't even know why. She knew Danny wouldn't mind if she told them they were going to have another baby. He would even be happy. More than once he had admitted that now that he knows how it feels like to be a father, he wants to have even more children. He had always wanted to have a big family. His own family was rather huge, and he had admitted to her that he had often been jealous that he had only had one brother. He wanted that Lucy had more siblings, like Lindsay had herself."

"She was close to speaking out what she had in mind, but still something was holding her back. It seemed like she had it on her tongue, but the words didn't want to e spoken out. Danny looked back at her for minutes before she saw the disappointment in his eyes and he sighed.

"I think I'm pregnant again," she spoke out what her mind still refused to believe. Her heart was pounding hard in her chest as she watched how his eyes widened at her words and he slowly turned back to her.

"What?" he asked.

Lindsay sighed again. She could see it in his eyes. Danny was surprised; he hadn't expected this answer at all. There was something else though. Something she had expected. He was excited. And she hoped he would understand why she was so hesitant."

YAY! I'm so excited, another little baby Messer! And don't worry hun, there can not be enough fics about Danny and Lindsay expanding their family, espacially when they're written so amazing :)

I guess it's normal to be nervous and even a little scared about the prospect of having another baby. I mean all the reason Lindsay mentions are true, you definitely have to think about money and all that stuff, but that shouldn't stop her from being happy about it. I mean she said it herself, she loves this child already and is excited and happy; but that's just who she is; always rational and she defintiely likes to have everything planned out. So I guess it's a good thing Danny is quite the opposite. He'll tell her that they can handle it and I also have no doubt about that :) His enthusiasm and excitement is just what Lindsay needs to realize that, together, everything will be okay. And I know Linds, after that she'llenjoy her second pregnancy as much as her first one :)

Even though they're married for quite a while now, every now and then Lindsay and Danny are falling back into old patterns, like this time when Lindsay is hesistant about telling Danny about the new baby. Soemtimes she still is insecure and tends to hide things. Though I'm glad after seeing the hurt on Danny's face, she rememebers her promise and opens up to him. And of course, like we all expected, he's more than happy :)

Great job, I already love this fic so much! Can't wait to see what you have ins store for them!
