Wow! I really liked that! I personally don't have a problem with parental dicipline. It's just that "spanking" has been taken too far these days. My parents spank, but it hurts the pride more then the body. That's what it should be like. Of course, with the times you were talking about, like the 1950's, it hurt the body too.
