I was a fan of Highway to Heaven back in the day and I am enjoying your story so far. You have the personalities of Jonathan and Mark depicted fairly well, but the way Jonathan broke the Rules is an interesting issue. There were inconsistencies during the HTH series, including: 1. Jonathan was recalled by the Boss after yanking the trunk cover off a punk's car. 2. He showed his powers to a con-man in order to get his help to free Mark's soul from the Devil. 3. Mark himself was in a car accident and Jonathan transported him to the closest doctor, but he wasn't disciplined, I assume because nobody saw him do so.

Looking forward to seeing what happens next!

In your chapter, Jonathan healed Mark in the hospital. If he could heal him then and there, why did he bring him to the hospital in the first place? He could have violated the rules only twice that way ... the first tele-port and the healing.

Wonderful story. Hope Jonathan is not gone forever. Looking forward to what happens next.
