Very nice, but one small piece of criticism. Red Dawn, or at least the original, takes place in Colorado, not Idaho.

Man, I like this story so far. I'm absolutely in LOVE with Red Dawn, my favorite movie. I rather like Erica- she and Jed are my favorite characters and you've written Erica well. I really would like to see why Erica blames herself, and why Jed blames her. Very interesting.
