One of the things that bugs me the most about boyxboy fanfics is that most of them just focus on the SEXSEXSEXSEXSEXSEXSEX. Yours was about the people and the relationship, and that made everything way better and more truthful. Thanks for such a good story.

I must say that I really enjoyed this story. The depths of emotions it called forth was both surprising and welcome. Though I was surprised that Allen was a seme too, you portrayed it in such A way that it wasnt awkward, unlike many authors before you. I hope to read some more of your works- though I'll have to keep watch as I found myself unable to tear myself away until I had finished the last word! . very very good job! My hats off too you!

Don't listen to those assholes. Most of the yaoi fanfiction fanbase are young females, who are ignorant of men, their sex and their relationships. They see "top" and "bottom" as male and female roles respectively, and think that the "top"; the male, aggressive, dominant part must exist and control the "bottom"; the female, simpering, and weak. But it just doesn't work like that. Unfortunately, tween girls apply traditional heterosexual norms whether they seem to realize it or not. And although dominance and submission can be a beautiful thing, seme/uke relationship bases are just false.

So just don't listen to those guys. They need to be educated, and your story was brilliant and refreshing.

A very nicely written story! I love your choice of words and descriptions. Although it could be too sappy for my liking, I still enjoyed it very much and I'm glad for the happy ending.

The first smut with Allen topping came quite abrupt I must say, since all the while the story built in a way it felt like Kanda will be the seme (eventhough he showed cowardice!), but I didn't miss your sentence of fair play between them, and I think it's a really nice idea. I love both Arekan and Yullen pairing )
