Yay! Another chapter!

Gotta tell you, that I loved this one. Keith is examining his true motives for wanting to stay at the farm, but I think he really does want to help Cheri liberate herself from her mother.

"Dastardly little punk!" Good thing I wasn't taking a sip from my soda when I read that. I would have snarfed for sure!

I wonder how Cheri's going to feel about Keith's sudden realization that the two of them are just going to be really good friends.

Great job, once again! My only complaint is the length of the story...way too short. Just...please, oh please don't be so long between chapters with this!

Yeesh! Gladys is a nightmare! At least with company around, she'll have to be on her best behavior, though, right. Great job with Tracy! "Don't pinch my cheek"- that was a classic line! Great job!

This seems like a cute story, and I'm hoping to get through the entire thing! ; ) You did a great job with the characters, especially Shirley and Laurie (though I really liked the part about the off-switch). Good job for including everybody (including the two tikes) and for making such an open-ended beginning.

I love the fact that Keith spends quality time with his two younger siblings. Role playing as a dragon! What a guy...

I have to say that you are so very good at the cliffhanger endings to your chapters. You really leave the reader wanting more, no matter how long or short the chapter is!

I kind of did a double take on Cheri's comment: ..."ever since you walked off that bus a couple of days ago." Somehow, it seems like it's been a lot longer than just a couple of days! LOL

I'm really glad that the lines of communication seem to be wide open now and the two of them are talking as well as being honest with each other. Gives me hope for the future. But something tells me that Cheri's relationship with her mother is going to throw one last monkey wrench into the works. I sense that this story is winding down, sad to say. Please tell me that I'm wrong on that.

I can appreciate that this was a challenging chapter for you to write. Please, oh please, don't wait too long for the next one!

Doh! I need more...and soon! You, my dear, are the Queen of Cliffhangers. I don't know if I can wait too much longer to see what happens between these two.

Even though Laurie gave Cheri her opinion; to pretty much leave him alone, I'm hoping that Cheri just follows her heart. Talk to him baby!

I guess that means I should follow my own advice and talk to my husband! LOL ;)

Yeah baby! Another (much appreciated) chapter.

Only problem I have is with Cheri. WTF is wrong with that girl? I mean, she's got Keith Partridge standing right in front of her, wanting...no, needing the relationship to work and she keeps throwing a monkey wrench into the whole works! YIKES! Are these two ever going to see eye to eye? I'd like to shake her right now! LOL C'mon...look at him, Cheri! He's sorry already! Let it go!

Okay, I'm done now, thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

I know the holiday season is upon us, but please, don't let it be too long between chapters. I really can't wait to see just where this is headed!

Yowza! Excellent chapter my dear. Sorry my review is a bit late in coming though.

I'm beginning to hold out some hope for the dear boy, but I fear that the old proverbial crap is about to hit the fan. Question in my mind at this point is: Will Cheri be so upset with Keith that she leaves him high and dry right there? If it took an hour for them to hike there, I'm a bit concerned that our hero could seriously get lost finding his way back. Hmmmm...interesting scenerio...no?

Okies, please post the next chapter very soon and I promise that I'll review it as soon as I read it this time! LOL

Wow, thanks, you've made my day! I wake up early on Saturday morning, and find this little gem.

I really love Keith's idea, what a guy! Hopefully he'll be able to win Cheri over, once and for all. I certainly hope he has something up his sleeve...musically, to surprise her with. Then maybe she'll forgive him for reading her notebook.

One small complaint though. This chapter was way too short and way overdue! Okay, that was two complaints, but who's counting? LOL

Please, oh please, don't let it be so long in between chapters. Look, I"m begging here...and it ain't pretty!
