I'd been racking my brains trying to think of a pairing no-one had ever done, but I certainly didn't think of that one. I love the idea of Mr Gordo not being able to jump on the bed after eating too much. Very sweet story, and I don't mean just the cakes.

Please, please do a sequel. I read this a while back as The Sandman but I just rediscovered it on the only Mr. Gordo fansite I've ever seen. I was hoping they'd have it, but I think you should make a little reunion or something pertaining to how neither of them get much use anymore. Just a thought.
