 Kishi 9/10/02 . chapter 1For gosh sake, the guy was a two bit villain! Anyone who gives this much depth ought to get a life or take praise. I'll be the giver of praise, I think.
Deep dark secret, innocent persona being corrupted. The guy was a farmer, for cryin' aloud. And now he's trying to destroy a whole species. My, how times change a felinoid.
Still, the story helps make him a lot cooler than the other two bit villains. |
 IronicSymphony 4/21/02 . chapter 1Beautiful, as always WH. It's good to see you writing again, we all know how busy you are _
Side stories are always good, especially to give your readers the same insight you have into your story's character.
Personally, I think background stories are great! Especially ones that explore the possibility of Radam homeworld...I'm babbling ;
It was a great fanfic, as usual! |
 Nadz 3/29/02 . chapter 1Well done, Warhammer; this was a fine piece. The fact that Darkon is not who he is in the Tekkaman anime gives you much freedom in terms of the character and his background; without any doubt, you use that freedom to its potential. Galin very much does remind me of Anakin Skywalker, born under special circumstances, becoming a Jedi, turning towards darkness, etc... Definitely gives us a taste of any good Darkon has in him. It also brings up other questions, especially in the feelings Galin expressed in the last few sentences ("bloodshed"... "to end all bloodshed."). How will it do that? Why would it do that? I hope that the answers to these questions will be revealed in SLG. Again, a solid side-story here; looking forward to more SLG and revelations to come... |
 leizel 3/3/02 . chapter 1 Wow, I like! Nice and angsty from Darkon's point of view. Galin Phorinstu... how did you come up with the name? Very cool ) |
