I highly enjoy this story for the most part I skip over the technical stuff because even though your ideas are interesting I find the reactions that the Minbari have to there various loses very funny and cant wait to see there reactions when the Rangers finally start attacking in their own space. I also like how you have made it still an even fight of sort while earth is winning through share tactics and ingenious use of the tech they have, the minbari still have the tech and still took the first war even though it was at a massive loss. I kinda want to see how the minbari adapt to actually using tactics in their battles. One other thing I enjoy if the fact that you are using tech that they already have with some minor adjustments based on things that we use now allot in our newest techs that simple weren't around when the show was written the passive sensor are a good move; because most people who write this type of story usually really on earth running into some sort of advanced tech or a kind of crossover there was one good story where in earth early 21st century a mad scientist wanted to make humans better so he made a virus which did so which undid the vorlons tampering and caused human tech to evolve so differently that when they did run into the minbari it was a similar type of show down. But there is one idea that you could explore a better use of the telepaths, they could make a sensor system kind of like xaviers cerebro in xmen, I would expect it to be kinda week more like radar from ww2 but it does give the advantage of a really basic FTL sensor system or maybe a telekentic force field system, or a telepathic weapons system to stun the minbari like the creature from third space had. An if there arent enough telepaths why cant they just take the telepath gene out put it in a virus and give it to every one give most people at least a weak ability and some a strong enough ability to use these types of systems.
