I have read many Merlin stories and this is by far one of my favorites. So much so I am writing this review on my Kindle which is a pain in the behind! Great job.

I absolutely loved this. Everyone is so in character-Arthur's reaction to Merlin's magic really felt like what he would actually think and how he would act. Wonderful story-telling and writing throughout. _

Great story, i really enjoyed it, hope there is a sequel.

This is the best Merlin fiction story I have read thus far. Reading from beginning to end it pulled me through. It could have easily been a tv episode in the canon. I am sad that this is your only take on the series however, as I haven't watched any of the other shows you've written about. Please, please, pick up Merlin again. There are far too few well written stories like your EYES WIDE OPEN.

Great fic - loved Sir Leon!

That was a briliant story! Awesome! I felt all the characters were in character! Especially Merlin's and Arthur's relationship! You portrayed it rather well and I was finding so many fanfics that there relationship just wasn't right! And the reveal really worked. I found it really believable with the right amount of feelings. I loved the part where Arthur had to say he didn't trust Merlin as much as his knights...Merlin's response is so sad! My other favorite part is the ending. Very funny! I liked the plot...very basic with a few twists...very much like an episode and no back tracking or unnecessary parts.

And I loved you writing too...Another reason I stayed around!

I saw the trailer on youtube; which was really great too. That was the best Merlin fic I have ever read. Loved the way you handled all the characters relationships, epecially Merlin and Arthur. And I thought every one of your characters were really well written. Also I was so glad Sir Leon made an appearance and helped them!
