brill chapter! when is the next one coming out. Sorry to hear what happened in Belgium but dont be so down. think about happy thoughts and be glad to know that all of your friends are safe. however you can have sympathetic thoughts towards the other families, but my main peice of advice is be happy to know that all of your friends and family are safe and think positive thoughts. dont beat yourself up about what happened because it is not your fault. Feel free to email me if you want to talk about anything even if it is about family problems. I'm always here to help so dont hesitata to email me and remember if you think positively then this will get easier to deal with. I know that it is hard to believe people when they say that they know how you feel, but, my grandfather died 4 years ago at the age of 53 and I was extermely close to him and when I found out I cried so much that I became so depressed and started blaming myself for not being there for him that after his funeral my grandfathers friend came to me and said that he wouldnt want me behaving this way and then I realised that I was pushing my family away and that I was becoming cold and heartless because I was building walls around my heart so that I wouldnt get hurt again. So in the end I thought of all of the happy times that I had with him and it soon became easier to deal with, however, a few years later my 29 year old auntie died leavig behind a 2 year old son and sometimes I still wish that I had put up those walls but then I would think of all of the happy memories and have them push forward and make me a better person.S dont hesitate to email me with your problems and I will give you the best advise that I can on how to deal with the situation. You can email me if you just want to talk and yes that little story that I just told you is a true story and my grandfathers death hurt me so much because I was extemely close to him. I t still hurts me now but I think of the way that he wanted me to be and about all that he wanted me to achieve and use that to get myself through my day and dont forget to update soon.
