I'm very impressed by the way you write for a character - it's entirely believable. All of the professors were. The way you described just the little things they were doing (Trelawney's frown, etc.) really showed your attention to detail. Great fic. Keep writing for HP, the fanfiction community needs more like you!

It's a sweet little fic...I especially liked how Fawkes was newly born. It shows that life goes on. And the idea of Dumbledore dying peacefully, not from Voldemort, is intruiging and fitting.
