I completly agree, 'as you were' was screwed up. I mean Riely comes back(with his oh so manly eye scar) and his way too perfect wife and they ride of into the sunset (they suck). And why would Spike do something so stupid, he has spent all this time trying to get on Buffy's good side and so when he finally starts making progress he randomly does some evil (and stupid) sceam. Talk about out of character. I am just glad that I wasn't the only one who thought so. And nice story.

Hi, I just saw this ep. and I was yelling at the TV like a crazy person *L* because as we obviously both know its INCREDIBLY WRONG! I like your version immensely better, and you really did get the char's just right (especially Spike's accent-i could really hear him speaking)

*sigh* If only that had really happened. That was a WONDERFUL story, though, you portrayed Spike perfectly, not too mushy and not too grrrr. Fantastic fic.
