I think it fits perfectly.

what i like the most: how it's lighthearted in the beginning and depressing in the end. it says so much how a conversation can encompass so much emotion. i love the SiriusLily friendship to bits and pieces - and while i don't support SiriusLily as a pairing (for reasons like SiriusMarlene's my OTP? idk), but the last ending sentiment was absolutely beautiful and heartbreaking.

This is lovely - you show their friendship so well, and I love Lily's thoughts about her family. They're both very real.

I always wondered if there was ever some angst in the whole Sirius/Lily friendship. I think you captured it perfectly.
