Oh wow, very interesting idea for a story. I never really think about this character but I love how you wrote out ...his...I don't even know what you want to call it...essence or what not. I mean, if you live your whole life with other people telling you what to do, when they are gone, that has to be a terrible feeling. It's very sad, actually. Great job with this! Glad that you are back and writing!
