Cheeky-eyes 12/3/10 . chapter 15
I really don't know what to say except, awwww! The whole thing was heartwrenching, sad, beautiful and just, aww! I loved each one of them and while they were being posted on lj they were an absolute joy to read each time. (Much like anytime you post something actually.)

I must say, I do like at Cobra in a different light thanks to this. His whole story seems so much more real now and I just have to feel sorry for him. And your characterisation of Rick is wonderful!

(Sorry I've taken so long to review though! It's definatly time for a review frenzy.)
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 14
Clearly your longest and saddest chapter. Also my last review, quite exhausting reviewing all at once XD. But they were all great scenes of Cobra's love for Rick. I'm sucker for family scenes, so I can only hope I can portray them as well as you in my writing.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 13
Heh, no matter how messed up you look, a family photo always look good. Cute scene here.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 12
Another classic family scene. You seen this all the time in dramas or family shows where the parent would name the child after the deceased. It definitely works here in your writing lol.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 11
Aww, the classic cute guilt scene. I'm a sucker for that too because as a child, you're scared of making the parent angry but really the parent is not mad at you.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 10
XD! Silly Cobra...if you don't like broccoli, don't even bothering telling Rick to eat broccoli if you can't eat one yourself!
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 9
Heh, funny how you mention that movie because the bond between a man and an alien is similar to the bond between Cobra and Rick.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 8
There will always be a moment when an adopted child ask that question. This moment really bring tears because it showcases their bond stronger than before even when they're not blood related.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 7
Heh, no one would expect a man of his look would be like this. You really show his caring side so well. Too bad the anime didn't get to show this side.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 6
This just make me laughed especially at how innocent and curious Rick is.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 5
Man, you just know how to come up with good ending lines because that last line just really strike the heart.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 4
Awww, the ever classic scene of a loved one trying their hardest to care of the sick ones. It's even more classic with the last sentence mentioning how the soup is too salty and coffee is too sweet.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 3
Heh, from the start, you can feel it's Cobra's first time feeling overprotective of his child and he was unsure how to deal with this.

I wonder if the co-workers is O'Brien's father or maybe I'm thinking too much on that line.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 2
"Look, he likes you!" Gah, that was too cute. You really know how to make a good dialogue for a cute little kid.
FaytSeeker 11/7/10 . chapter 1
I said in the last chapter that I would leave a review for each chapter and I will.

What I like about this first chapter was the details. It was only one scene but you could feel instantly that there's a family bond between them. (of course, watching the anime doe strengthen that feeling lol)
