Unlike some of your previous reviewers, I had no idea it was Nida. And a story focused around Fujin is different.

I love the way you put such deep emotions and thoughts into your stories, put important real life problems into your fictional characters lives, with a bit of a twist of course.

This is a fairly freaky story. But then again, Fujin is fairly freaky herself – you’ve done an excellent job of portraying her, and actually made me think a lot about her character and personality. If I ever write something about Fujin or from her point of view, I will be trying to remind myself of the traits she shows in this story. Nida was a big surprise, although you have written the relationship very convincingly… and the ending was unique. Thank you.

Well, I guessed who it was around the whole "spineless" thing... But it was great. Excellent work, in character, not mushy, and all around a solid work.

And absolutely none of that was useful to you in the least, being far too vague...

Surprising, and it does take a lot to surprise me. Since you recomended this fic to me, it piqued my curiosity, and I can say that up to the end it seemed like she would find redemption. Quite far from my usual preferences, but worth reading for Fujin's actions were credible in the scope of her usally admited personality.

All I can really say is...oh.

No, it's pretty good actually, more believable then it'd look at first, especially if you told who it would be. I liked it.

Wow, what a great story! It was so full of emotion. Nida doesn't get enough recognition. I love the guy...been writing about him from the beginning! I try to put him in my FF8 fics if I can, and I always love reading fics where he makes an appearance. And you really brought life to Fujin. I really felt what she was feeling. All in all, a job well done!

This is one of those rare stories that makes the reader just say "Wow...". And that's it. Nothing more. I could compliment the author the tension built up, the artistic style used, and the carefully crafted personality implemnted in this writing.. but all I can say is

Quite a mindbender you've written. It's a little confusing at the beginning, it's hard to tell whether Fujin is referring to Seifer or Raijin at times, but other than that, your not using names works very well. I honestly hadn't even the slightest inkling who her man was until you revealed it at the end. And what an ending! I congratulate you on a great story, and a well-written one.

WOW. Okay, so I'm not the only one who recognizes Nida as a person...

Actually, I guessed that it might have been Nida from early on. Never could have guessed the ending, though. VERY well-written, and the parts I felt were a bit out-of-character were surprisingly close to being in-character in my mind. Love the internal monologues, and I can say that this is one of the few romances that *didn't* make me want to retch. Kudos!
