It's nice to see a story where Simon can accept River choosing Jayne, can actually see that they work and that he's good foor her.

Good story, but I don't get the "bees" and the "cards" - maybe because my brain is tired... :)

Nice oneshot

I never figured out what the whole 'holding bees' thing meant (I'm glad to know that it eventually made some sort of sense to Simon, even if he wasn't able to share that insight with the rest of the class), but enjoyed the story anyway.

Oh my goodness! I love the story! It took a moment to follow the logic of cards and bees, but then, River's not supposed to be easily understood-so kudos on that.
