Again, your level of detail astounds me. As an Ohioan, I probably loved this chapter for reasons you didn't intend :) If you're from Ohio, yay! Another Buckeye! If not, I'm really glad you bothered to use a map. I hate it when people don't do simple research like that. Like on Glee, the 2 towns they use (one of which is actually mine) are really 2 hours away from each other.

More on the subject, I'm liking all the Garland. Maybe I'm getting a little nostalgic since he's been gone so long. But I like that you're giving him a past the writers never did.

You're gonna keep making me wait for that Naudrey payoff too, aren't you?

Loved the update. Audrey and the Chief faceoff, was written in character. I can see that scene clearly neither wanting to give up too many details of what they know especially Garland.

Glad Audrey did not let Brand calling deter or interfer with her trip, she should take Nathan with her the next time she visit him.

As usually the interaction between Audrey and Nathan is perfect and so in character.

w00t! I was so happy to see this updated you have no idea! And they finally went to the so waited trip haha I loled at this part: "Oh, this trip will not be a waste." A for you Audrey.
But really, amazing chapter as always, with your characterizations always spot on especially Garland, I can even hear his voice reading his dialogues lol and all the mysteries to be solved are eating me alive :p
I'm worried about Ephraim, he certainly has something bad being prepared for Nathan :(

Hellooo again! :P Sorry if my frequent reviews are a bother. xP I had a suggestion(just an idea, not necessary to use it); why not try to squeeze in some naudrey office scenes? Everybody loves a good office romance! ;P If you don't think you could fit some in "Phoenix Rising" because of the Ohio trip that might be long, why not brainstorm about adding it into your next naudrey case-fic? Just some cute/ steamy( mixed or seperate ;P)workplace scenes between the two would be nice to read! CAN'T get enough of your writing; waiting for an update soon SandraDeee! :)

I'm new to Haven. I came across it over the last few months and have fallen completely in love with it. I now own seasons 1 & 2. I am biting my tongue in anticipation of owning season 3 and watching season 4 unfold.

I've read a few Haven fics but this one has my attention. I have finished reading chapter 5. Wow, you have the voices of Audrey, Nathan and the Chief down pat. I can feel the tension rolling off of Nathan in waves. I'm not a huge fan of cliff hangers, especially with fics that are in progress. And this cliffy has me ready to read chapter 6. Great job!

You already know how much I love your story, but thought I'd leave a review on your newest chapter just to say how amazing it was! I love how you've developed Nathan/Audrey from the beginning, can't wait for the next chapter!3

Sorry, I have another question but the next case-fic you're going to write! Sorry, my curiousity is always expanding. ;P Will you restart it from naudrey friendship to romance, or are they already together(I'd prefer the first, the romantic tension is suspensful, but lovely at the same time!)?
