This is really quite extraordinary.

I liked this story, and to my knowledge the facts were correct. I have one question: does the title mean Sanguine as in "confident" or sanguine as in "bloodthirsty". or something else entirely?

This was so beautiful. You express so much with so few words. I'm new to the LOTR genre, and i've never even considered this coupling up to now. :) Good job and I hope you write more!

this is beautifully written and I like the idea of Eowyn wanted to run amok but restrained herself, not to mention that eowyn/legolas is my favourite pairing.

I hope you will write more of this pairing in near future )

Holy crap. I love you.

This was wonderful! The flow of this oneshot was so smooth, almost like a stream of conscious thought (something like that). The bold, almost internal-eseque lines were a nice touch, that added to the effect to all the turmoil that was running amok inside of Eowyn.

The ending was bittersweet, in a sense, and to me, it felt like a silver lining in the dark cloud when it's hinted that she will eventually see him again. Marvelous!

I like it the way it is? It's the perfect length because this is about such a small amount of time. I think something longer would take away from the fact that they don't have a lot of time to be together.

This is really, really beautiful. You managed to capture that fighting spirit a character like Eowyn would have. The fact that Legolas is never actually named and there are just small clues as to who she's seeing adds to the poignancy of the story.

Before my Lit roots start showing, I'm going to shut up.
