Aww... Poor Margaret. She really deserves to have a normal life, and to have someone take care of her for a change. This was really good. I'm impressed, as always, at your ability to get inside the characters' heads, in just a handful of paragraphs.

I have always loved your writing but this is by far the best thing that you have written - it shows true talent. That was so sad and yet mesmerising at the same time.
