I totally forgot there was a character named Time, and as a result, I spent like 5 minutes analysing the sentence "Time rears up out of nowhere, hatched lifted high to snatch the rays of the morning sun." ...I thought it was extremely poetic! It took me until two paragraphs later to realise my mistake.

Whoa I haven't seen Sam in quite a while! :D Glad to see her that she didn't start to cease to exist... I dunno, I thought Jace and Sam would get along in a way, but I guess Jace is just way too paranoid. I have a feeling, that this could go two ways, either Sam finally gets pissed off and lets Jace die or kills him herself, or they could become friends of some sort. OwO

As for Thalia, I feel like she really changed, look what the Hunger Games can do to someone's thoughts :P. There really isn't anything much to say about her, besides the fact she's a bit scary.

Sorry I can't write a full review, but I'm really glad this story lives on :D. (Even though it's been... Two years? O.o)

I'm back, and reviewing! I swear, my inbox was completely flooded with alerts and stuff. This is the first thing I've actually gotten around to doing - I'm going to go on to The Rules right afterwards, then forums and PMs later.

So it was Clovis who killed Embreli. I suspected as much, but wasn't 100% sure. You did a really good job keeping them all in-character, and it's so cool to see scenes that I've imagined for so long actually unfolding. I'm also glad you didn't make all the 'careers' psychos at first - they haven't been trained after all, and it would be pretty hard to adapt to the lifestyle of a killer if you've had a fairly moral upbringing.

Oooh, Robin is lying to Clovis ... mind games and treachery galore. I can't wait to see how it all pans out. And Jendra and Typhon are getting friendly. That'll be interesting, too. Loving the ever-present Clovis vs. Christine dynamic - it's probably wrong, but I think I'm siding with Clovis. He's at least honest and up-front about his villainy, but Christine's too much of an annoying hypocrite.

Tally's doing good ... that's good ... but I know it won't stay that way for long, given the absence of District 12 victors ... I have some questions about her and Bellanca's locations, though, that I'll PM you ...

Jaaaaaace my babyyyyyy D: I love you, you're too much like Toris, you can't dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Gosh, that bird sounds horrific. Run run run ruuuuuuuun! AAAAAND Sam to the Rescue! :D I literally grinned like a maniac during that part, even though I knew what was going to happen. You know, I was just kind of neutral on her at first, but she's hilariously awesome! Not only did she save him, but she's so gung-ho for an alliance, it's great! I hope it goes well for them - well, as well as it can go before inevitably being ruined by one or both of their deaths.

I'm reviiiieewwiiiing! I'm here! Hehe. Wow, a lot of people died... D: I'm still not on top of all the tributes yet, but I'm sure a new favourite will come to me soon enough.

The whole thing was wonderful. Horribly, twistedly, wonderful. I've been so excited for so long to see how it all pans out, and I nearly had a heart attack when I saw you updated, so in that was it was a joy to read, but to see all these characters, some of whom I have written, going down ... It's like it's finally dawned on me how hard yet fun this is going to be to write.

Elias! Chervil! Nooo! For a while I wasn't sure whether it was Chervil being killed by Clovis since I thought you might be recapping Laurel's death (they panned out pretty similar, and they are both young with reddish-blonde hair...) but then I got that the knife was already bloodied, so he was already finished with Laurel. And not Asher too! I mean, I already knew everyone who was going to die, but still ... His goodheartedness really shone through till the end. I love how he let Audrey have the weapon, and then pushed her out of the way of Typhon before being killed himself. :(

Poor Audrey, too. At least she went down fighting. And I found it somewhat sweet that Jendra didn't/couldn't (?) kill her. It's good to show that not everyone is willing to kill at first.

And Gavin's down, too. Sheesh, Christine, u vicious. I'm glad the history boys feat. Lyel got away, though. *Huggles alliance* I do have a question about their location, which I'll PM you afterwards.

Embreli's part was really thought-provoking, particularly with Robin's actions. Once again, I really liked how she was calling for the others, rather than killing Embreli herself, and was almost about to take up her offer. B-BUT THEN- Did it HAVE to land in her eye, Journey? D:

So, excellent chapter, and I'm so glad this is rolling! *Races off to update tribute list*

I love this story simply because of the characters. Yes, the writing and the storylines are amazing, but the way the characters are so completely human... Wow!

I can't wait to see how this pans out, it should be interesting as there is no clear winner. Please keep writing! :) xxx
