I really like these 'conversations' between Harry and everyone (especially Snape). In the future though, are there gonna be any conversations about Harry's life? He can't talk but with a nearby alphabet or just saying yes or no a lot can be done. Nobody has really tried to find Harry a way to communicate. Will that change? In any case, I'm really looking forward to the next chapter.

Love your story! It nice to see a different side of Snape that isn't that cold, heartless shell that most picture him to be. I like the flash back of Lily and Sev and Harry and Snape bonding.

I love how much Severus and Harry bond. When I finished the seventh book, I kept lamenting over the fact that if Severus had survived and told Harry about his past, instead of dying and giving Harry his memories, it would have been so interesting. And the twist with Harry being a snake is really nice. Your writing is really good, too. I mean, a few convention mistakes, but other than that, it was great. Just, overall, a wonderful fanfic. I look forward to reading the rest of it.

Snape was a bit too out of character for me - I don't think that there is any way he would voluntarily given such personal information about himself to Harry.

However, I hopw to read more, as I've never seen a story where Harry is a basilisk before. It would be good if we find out how it happened - a curse by Voldemort? an animagus transformation? a potion that did not work as expected?

We can then speculate on what the cure could be.

I like the idea that Snape prefers Harry in this form - he can't answer back!

I saw this story in someone's favourites and thought I'd give it a try. I found 5 or 6 small errors in the first chapter which was a bit offputting, but thought it interesting enough to continue (and I'm a sucker for Latin titles.)

I wonder is it a coincidence that Harry has gone missing and that a basilisk we have never heard of has appeared, or are the two connected and is Harry a basilisk animagus who has not managed to transform back yet. If so, this would confirm the prophecy - that it had to be Harry who killed Voldemort.

Yay! Awesome new chapter! Good job with Hermione, and Dumbledore, and Snape!

Snape's revisiting his memories of Lily and even his own loneliness is very nearly cathartic for him. In all the previous years, all the joys and hurts had been bottled up. Only now are they bursting out as he tries to provide some companionship to Harry.

For a while there I was thinking that someone would need to make a visiting schedule since it seemed like everyone was stopping by Azzy's greenhouse.

I can see Snape having a bad day - perhaps the previous visit's memories are still too painful - or perhaps he's ashamed of his reaction, and his next visit being him reading an article from the latest potions journal.

Oooh, perhaps Luna will visit and read Azzy the latest issue of the Quibbler?

Great chapter. I do like the interaction between Snape and Asmodeus/Harry.
