This was excellent! You really captured Kouga as I have always understood him. Of course as a die-hard believer in the Inu-Kagome pairing, you played upon my heartstrings here, making the fic work even better. Well done!

Great character interpretation and creativity. I especially like the part about loving someone enough to live. Stupid baka Inuyasha - what a moron. But if Kagome can't have her first choice, I'd say Kouga is the next best thing. He loves her and she has a big heart. I bet she could probably love him back.

NICE. I'm really glad to see that Inu-yasha FINALLY follows Kikyou to hell... he ought to in the first place. I support ANY fic as long as Kagome doesn't end up with Inu-yasha.

well **. after watching ep 48 i was on the search for some angst... but def not with an ending for kikyou fans... *sighs* i really dont like that woman most of the time. your story was great, and really well written, but argh... i just feel so... deflated. angst is great but not at the same time. both. baka inu yasha, if i met him id smash him upside the head. many times. i digress. great story.

Wow, that was *very* different from most of what I've read. The obvious ending would be for Inu-Yasha to go to Kagome instead of with Kikyou, but you decided not to go with that path. I love it when people choose the road less taken: it makes thing more interesting. You're a great writer, and I hope to read more fics by you.

grrrr stupid inuyasha he can be so selfish sometimes...your story was very well done and seems like a very posible ending to inuyasha...i don't really like kouga...but you made me see that he can't always be the bad guy

argh! inuyasha ** me off soemtimes! i hate endings like that, but that very well could be how the series ends. very well written. it's made me angry so you know it's good when a story gives a person an emotion.
