Wonderful story but I felt horrible for Goku at the beginning. I felt like crying when Vegeta left. I also began to wonder what he was thinking and if he actually loved Bulma.

Yes! I always wondered if these two would have gotten together if ChiChi had never met Goku as a little kid. They certainly spent more time together in the Dragonball series than Goku ever did with Chi Chi before he married her or after.

The end was so bittersweet...seeing Vegeta so defeated like that. But Bulma has Goku now and so she finally has the love and romance she always wanted.

How completely cruel of Kakarot to leave Vegeta like that...it made me almost cry. I really and truly love Vegeta, and in a way, I'm sad that he and Bulma have such a dysfunctional relationship in this story. But when she realizes how much he has changed, that was very nice. I wonder how Krillin worded the wish that helped Goku revert back to himself. Anyway, it was a terrific chapter.

Okay, now I really feel sorry for Goku, though everything that Chi-Chi told him was more or less true. But he's always been a space cadet, so it really isn't any wonder that he would come back expecting everything to be the same as when he left. I hope he gets over his depression.
