Lady Turmoil 2006-03-05 ch 4,	abuseThere is only one word that can sum up this fanfic, and that is...WOW. I have read several good Zelda fanfics on this site (and a few that I would consider great as well), but never have I read one that is this memorable or this fantastic. Your storyline is completely original and is something that I have never seen any Zelda fanfic writers do. You know, I've always wondered what happened to Link after the Termina incident as well and wondered if this exact same thing could happen myself. It would be interesting to see if Link ever made it back to Hyrule. Another great thing about this fanfic is how you have developed the characters. They are all very believable and you have even brought the characteristics of their descendants out in them as well. Shaelon is definitely a descendant of Malon if I've ever seen it and Karunen is almost exactly like Darunia. You've done a great job with their characters and I also like how you made Temron different from Talon. It shows that you have a variety in your writing style and that your writing isn't limited to making the new characters all seem like the ones that came before them. I also like how you've portrayed Link as well. I would say that he would have gained some type of maturity and wisdom over his battles in Hyrule and Termina. Having to face such tasks would make a person mature greatly, that's for sure. At the beginning of OoT (before he leaves the forest) I could honestly imagine him as being almost the exact opposite of this due to the fact that he was sheltered from all of the other lands by being secluded to just the Kokiri Forest. I could imagine him not as being immature, but more like naive and ignorant to certain things that he is unfamiliar with. But the battles and hardships that he had to go through would definitely cause him to mature greatly, so kudos to you for having such great character development going on in your fic. ;) But what I don't understand is why, oh WHY have you put this fic on hold for so long?! Seriously, it's been over three years now! Don't stop writing it because it's absolutely fantastic! Now, I don't say this very often, but this Zelda fanfic is seriously THE best Zelda fanfic I've ever read. PERIOD. I believe that this is good enough to even be one of the games developed by Nintendo themselves. This fic is DEFINITELY going on my favs and I hope that you will update it as soon as possible-I can't believe that I didn't see this story sooner, in all honesty! adds to favs

starhealer 2002-08-13 ch 4,	abusethis...was such a good story...i'm not sure what happened with the formatting in chapter four, but even with it so, the story was so compelling that i just kept reading. i'm usually really picky when it comes to format...^-^x i really enjoyed the way you portrayed your characters. link, while still a child with some childish traits--joking, not knowing what to say, etc--also has a very strong maturity about him. he knows right from wrong, fights for what he believes in and looks to the root of the problem. just like the hero of time should. and while i like shaelon, i'm wondering if you're going to elaborate on her and her father more? as they are in this basic form i enjoy them, but i want to know more about them. it's like...the stranger that you've just met, but are intrigued by and want nothing more than to learn as much as you can about them. realtionships, thoughts, feelings, so forth and so on. and i'm positive you can write it that way. i very much look forward to reading it. i also can't wait until zelda makes her appearance. she's such a great character, i'm looking forward to how you write her. keep up the good work. and don't worry. you're always improving and getting better, every chapter of the way. and i'll definitely be reading from here on out.
