I don't know if you'll ever see this, since I think the most sign of you I've seen online in a long time was someone else mentioning a lunch or something with you, but I do hope you're still getting email notifications. Anyway, I especially like Dumbledore's method of making a point to Lucius (and some of the other DEs) in this chapter.

I just wanted to tell you I'm really enjoying your Squib stories. I've read up to Squib Wizard (I'm going in chronological story-arc order, rather than the order they were written in). I find Filch very intriguing. I don't think I'd be able to stand living in a wizard school if I was a squib. I'm also a huge Snape fan, and I think you've done a terrific job with him here.

Enjoying this story. By the way, "eating off the mantelpiece" was generally the result of having received a disciplinary beating from a parent or teacher.

I just wanted you to know that I have read and enjoyed all your "Squib" stories. Your characterizations of Filch and Snape are very human and in character.

I figure I'll throw a review in every so often as I work my through the series, and that way you won't get sick of hearing from me. I really liked this chapter! It made me laugh. ^_^ Good plot bunny. Poor Filch, he is not having the best of luck with these doors! I want to commend you once again on your very unique idea.
