Very interesting! A convincing take on the reality of "When Fates Collide"...You write Caesar a little differently than I would, but that's all right; I found your portrayal of Ares *very* touching, poignant and convincing. Particularly liked:

"Bring back a world in which she's alive," he said. "And just about my whole family's dead--and I'm a mortal man with nothing except a tumble-down shack and some chickens and a dog--"

and then later: "I'm tired...Losing her, finding her, losing her, again and again...it's too much. At some point it should just be over."

Your portrayal of Gabrielle was very believable, and I liked that even Callisto got a (convincing) cameo (I always loved Callisto!). Well done. I like this a lot!
