This was absolutely amazing! Although you made me cry and you killed Percy, I love the different perspective of Annabeth. She always has such a hard front going on but you never know what's happening in he heart. This portrayed the pure pain that she would feel and I could visualize it so clearly that I'm really scared about what will happen in the Son of Neptune! This was a really good story and I would really like to see more from it! You could create a whole new story about Annabeth's revenge or something. Or write a one-shot about how the Roman's discovered Percy was a beloved hero. Like you said, how he was wanted, admired, loved, the look in her eyes. That was really strong and it was that line that brought tears to my eyes :')

I got freaked out a few nights ago. I suddenly got really scared that "the final breath" was Percy's death. I am now really afraid to read the Son of Neptune.

Um, I'd like to say it was good. It was good, but not for the Son of Neptune. You do make some pretty darn good depressing poems, but I doubt Annabeth would be thinking that. You could make poems for a living, though.
