very nice, Ron is a bigot, but i expected no less, slythindor was unexpected, strange but i am sure you will make it work in a sequel should it come. The most amazing thing you have done with this story is take Salazar's Basilisk, one of the darkest and most feared creatures in Harry Potter, and make him as beloved as Dobby. Truly truly a great story.
