Yay! an update. I miss this show so much. Love that you are writing stories for it. Nick and Tess and Alex and Claire were my favorite couples on the show and I adored there interactions in this chapter. Can't wait to see what happens next.

This chapter, I must say, was rather unexpected. But seeing the update alert in my inbox was definitely a pleasant surprise, I must say. A lovely chapter, indeed.

He is really enlighting her of the fact that he is totally serious about wanting to be there for her and the child and he does it in a such sweet and oving way, He is confirming his true support in a serious but yet funny and teasing Alex-manner.

Hey Brina! I just discovered McLeod's Daughters this week and have watched nearly all of season 3. I popped over here to see if anyone had written some Alex/Claire stuff and the first story to pop up was yours! How cool is that? Any way, I'm glad you are rewriting season 3 because I bawled my eyes out when Claire died and was so upset that she and Alex took so freaking long to get together and then had to be separated! Arg! (Thank goodness I know we won't have to deal with that with Danny and Lindsay. LOL!) I need this story to end happily because the show broke my heart.

That was a refreshing new piece... haven't read claire and Alex in a while, and while Im a hard-core Stevie&Alex shipper, I did love these two as well. I cried when she died. I can't watch it without crying... I dont even watch the episode where Alex dies... I can't or I go into a deep depression and hate the world ;)

And you are doing such a brilliant job, you've caught them as they are and I would like to read how you carry on with this story.

loved to make you happy ... and loved your new chapter ... so good that Claire finally accepted Alex offer... as for Nick and Tess... both seem to be more sensible that in the TV-series... talking can really help if done properly...impatiently waiting for the new chapter
