eh, the luna thing at the end was out of left field. i can't see her being like that. the hermione plot was also dropped by the wayside in a rowlingish way. if 100% is a professional story, i came in expecting 70% and got 50%. this review does not merit capitalization. meh

Two items: First, your use of possessives and apostrophes needs work (it's means 'it is', not 'belonging to it'). Second, your astronomy needs work - prior to full moon, the moon rises before sunset, not after.

I think this was a really good portrayal of what their lives would actually be like after a war. Most fics I see don't really cover the psychological aspect of it at all. Also, I love that you based a character of of anyone from QC. I've been reading that comic since I was a teenager. Great story.

I don't usually like more romance-oriented fan-fics, but I really enjoyed this story. Lavender's character was particularly well depicted.

You're an evil author. I sometimes whinge about there not being enough H/Hr in your stories, so here you *almost* bring it about, just barely, right on the brink, literally, only to have it dissolve. Well, it still ends with that solid H/Hr friendship going strong, and that's just as good. Well, almost. :-) No, I did like like the ending with these two best friends.

I enjoyed your interpretation of Lavender. I remember being alarmed at the cliff-hanger you left us with in the serialisation of this on your Yahoo group ... I was worried that Harry had become a werewolf.

Reading alchymie's review of this story has me thinking of a sequel (please please please?). You do have some threads you could resume with this one. Hermione's healing. Did she help Harry in his philanthropy? What about alchymie's notion of Harry and Hermione finally getting together, when they're both ready? Would Luna, after a few years with Rolf, start to yearn for some more sex? And how would Hermione handle that?
