Lattelady 11/24/02 . chapter 1I don't know how I missed this little piece of perfection. Beautifully written and casually deceptive. I laughed at the froth, until my eyes became filled with tears at the ending. |
essential-phenylalanine 6/2/02 . chapter 1I enjoyed this one. The mood was just right and I loved the occassional humour. Like someone else said, it has that Star Trek feel to it. I love it.
Lots of love

Adastra 4/17/02 . chapter 1I enjoyed this. I thought the character voices were true. I especially got a kick out of the line in the "godawful Southern accent". |
tremor3258 3/18/02 . chapter 1This just seems... RIGHT. It's very well done, and has a definite Star Trek spirit to it, with boldly going into whatever lies ahead. Nicely done! |
Medie 3/18/02 . chapter 1Oh this was great! Hoshi's observations are quite true! Smart and funny! I love it! |
 JustVisiting 3/18/02 . chapter 1 Mara,
I think you got the tone just right. I could imagine the bridge crew lounging in the alien bar feeling a little maudlin and mellow, discussing the circle of life thing. The beginnings of fellowship and friendship. I was sorry to see it come to an end. A lovely piece. I enjoyed reading it. |
EvilSalmon 3/14/02 . chapter 1This... is pure poetry. :) They are all completely in character, right down to Malcom and Trip lamenting the outdatedness of the future Enterprise. It's an interesting look at history, too, how everyone's traits are amplified and twisted until they fit the historian's point of view. I loved T'Pol's, "Vulcan history is always strictly factual." :) Very nice work. |
Rusty Armour 3/14/02 . chapter 1Great story, Mara! It was cool to see what each of the characters believed would be their place in history! I liked Reed's biblical description of Archer the most, though I also enjoyed reading what they each thought would happen to the Enterprise after the mission! Nicely done! :-) |
CJSpooks 3/14/02 . chapter 1I really liked this story. Keep up the great work! |
Irelandblue 3/13/02 . chapter 1ha ha! I KNEW that piece that Malcom said was familiar and not just biblical! I had to go back and read you author's notes before I saw the reference to 1776 (one of my favorite musicals, though I can't remember if it is Thomas Jefferson or Ben Franklin that John Adams is complaining about in this diatribe) This was an excellent story and I really enjoyed it! keep writing! |
