Ah! I've been reading this story for an hour and it is now midnight and it's not finished?? Argh! You have remarkable intuition and a marvelous 'voice' for lecterfic, if this is really your first one. Your dialogue, character assessments, and conflicting emotions are spot-on.

I'll second (thrid? fourth?) the plea for this not to be a death fic. Pleeeeease don't do anything too horrible to Pierre. I'm definitely in the mood for more mind games, though.
