This was beautifully written and heartbreaking. It was the missing puzzle piece that should have been included.

This story was a really welcome missing piece between Out of the Box and Withdrawl. I was always a little disappointed that we didn't get to see the direct aftermath and then when Neal was sent back to prison. The nice thing about fanfic is when these details get explored and we all get to share in them.

Thank you for writing this. It was both emotional and a well written 'missing' scene. I look forward to reading more of your stories.

Oh, I love this story. It's so sad and beautiful. I actually wanted to cry, imagining Neal sitting there awaiting his doom.

This makes sense. Good job. Made me very angry in Withdrawal when we found out they'd actually put him back in prison. No concern for him at all.
