THIS was genius. I absolutely love James angst, so I'm in no position to tell you that it's sick to imagine him with a dark, abusive past. In fact, I really love this because it does a great job of explaining why James is so obsessed with his appearance.

I especially love that James focused on his good looks because that was the one thing that his father never said he didn't have. It's sick and messed up, yet at the same time a brilliant move on your part because it shows that even though his dad was a terrible person, he still cared what he thought about him.

I loved this, and keep up the good work!

I agree, James's father definitely isn't a nice man, despite the little clip of him we got in the concert episode. Great story-and I love James's reaction.

No, it's not sick to think of James (Or any of the guys) with abusive fathers. It makes for a good plot-line.
