It's just amazing how you could give him such a troubled and fearful past, and make it BELIEVABLE! Please don't abandon! chapter one when sonic is explaining his fear of water.

The long description is slightly akward and in this situation of a timid hedgehog it does not quite fit. In my opinion it makes the reader feel uncomfortable.

my suggestion is that instead of having Sonic rambling you get to the point like this:

"Well, I think I have a fear of water.I tend to freeze up around it"

It's not perfect but it is something. You could add the part after it if you want about showing his true feelings he'll survive part. This is just a suggestion.

I love it! Amnesia/mind control fanfics have always intrigued me! I really hope you update this sometime.

OHMIGOSH, THISISSOTOTALLYCOOL! I LOVE how Sonic is all afraid of everything! And I really hope that Eggman will warm up to him and visa-versa! I love how he's learnig about his Ex-adversary!
