Awesome! I started reading 'Between Shadows' a few days ago after another ff.net author reccomended you. I came, I read, and I was blown away!

The whole story flows smoothly, never faltering or stopping to long at one scene or the other. The action scenes are cool and seem very realistic. The plot is deep with great flashbacks that fill us in on Xander's past.
Xander is da man!

I totally love this Xander. He's a mix between his fun loving self we all know and love from the TV series and a hardened soldier with so much pain and guilt clouding his heart. He's been amazingly written, has crisp dialogue, and the way you get into his head is amazing. I was near tears when I learned about Willow's fate...

I also love the whole F/X thing in this story. Now Faith is probably the most difficult character to nail down in a buffy fic, but you've done a great job in nailing down her disposition and moptivations. Part of me still hopes these two love birds can make it work but after reading through 'Art of War', I have my doubts as we see that Faith can only reveal her true feelings when she's totally unguarded. But, to be that way, she'd have to stop being herself, which would kinda be a shame...

At least there's always Dawn or that medallion/Buffy thing. Either way though, it ought to be an exciting conclusion which I can't wait to read.

Keep up the great writing and best of luck in the book industry. You definitely have the talent!

Ah, man. That was beautiful. Not in the sweet kind of way, either (Well, the Faith/Dawn interaction was nice). More like beautiful story-telling. I never thought in a million years your vision of Buffy/Xander would have that kind of spin. I'm not sure what's more tragic: the child or Xander believing what he did about how she felt. Anyway, it takes me awhile get the balls to read your stories, but as always it's worth the angst I feel afterwards.

Fine piece of work. Finely crafted structure. A little confusing at times (because of said structure), but I wouldn't change that for the world.

Looking forward to the season finale.

I can't wait for the finale. You do plan on writing more, right? There are so few Xander writers that make him such a strong character. It would be nice to see him get away from all the drugs and booze, though.
Did Willow's spell work, when she was going to give Xander above-average hand-eye cordination or is he a natural?

This is a great series. i like it. the next episode is going to be good! the X-man vs Asmodus the one demon he's truly afraid up. This is going to be on knocked-down dragged out fight! Keep writing, i sure watn to know whta happened to xander on that time when he met him for the first time and what happened,

God I love this series! But I want to know what Buffy said to Xander just before she died. Was it in one of the other stories and I've just forgotten it? I can't wait for the next chapter, but I guess I'll have to, won't I? Great job all around on this story.
