Good fic. Keep it up

Very imaginative, very enjoyable story. I like Kanuka better than Goto myself, so this is like a pain reliever from the apathetic Goto.

One small complaint, though. Quoting from the story: "The woman with the magnum jumped from concealment and aimed her weapon, but a single shot from one of the police officers punched through her ribcage on the left side. She keeled over in pain, and two officers swooped in to arrest her." The ribcage on the left side protects the heart. Instead of keeled over in pain, I think the woman should've dropped dead. Instead of arresting her, the two officers should've checked her pulse, or hauling forensics and ambulance. But that's just what I think.

Nevertheless, I love the story, and I hope I can see more of Kanuka Clancy very soon.
