Great story. And I know what you mean about those kind of hot wing. I ate some and after we left the dinner I told my husband never again. They are hotter then hell but at least I did show up a guy who said women would never touch that. Proved him wrong. LOL

hehehe This was great! Man, I like spicy but I'm not that crazy. I can see Sam doing this for his brother. Can you imagine if Dean would've tried to eat them with strep throat? Yikes! Loved this.

Sorry it's taken me so long to review - this was great - cute and hilarious, which is a great combination!;-) And I had to laugh when you said that you based this on experience! Don't you worry - my brother LOVES hot food and he is also one to go for a challenge - he sits there and sweats and hiccups his way through! Loved this:-D

Love the ghost chilis come back to haunt you - that rocks! I thought this was adorable. I really liked it. Poor Sam.

Just goes to show that your boys are every bit as tough as Kripkes boys...but your boys have to do it first,LOL.

Another great one-shot; love how Sam took one for the team when Dean couldn't. These are brothers I fell for, and hope to see again very soon.

Yay for Sammy sticking up for his big brother! Brotherly bonding fics are the best, and this one completely rocked my socks.

What a joy of a fic this was! The blend of humour and brotherly bonding was spot on and I just ate this up!

I loved how a much younger and smaller Sam stood up for a sick Dean and I adored this line: "You got a problem with him." Sam poked Jackson in the chest this time. "You got a problem with me." And the fact that Sam ate them all, proving everybody wrong, was just the icing on the cake!

But the highlight for me was the ending, seeing the boys taking care of each other with of course some teasing on the side! And what a nice touch with John returning at the end, I laughed out loud!

You know, Dean really reminded me of Marty McFly from the Back to the Future series here and I was waiting for the 'chicken' taunt! This was a very enjoyable fic and I feel rather spoilt with all your recent posts and I hope to see more from you soon. Take care, Abbi

LOL-another awesome one! I've seen the ghost chili-wings challenge and yowza. (Poor Caleb). Love brave Sam standing up for Dean! A fun story of brotherliness and food! Thanks for sharing it with us after all this time.

Just adored this. Gotta love Sammy taking on a dare for his sick big brother and managing to eat all 6 chicken wings, silencing Jackson and his buddies. The most heartwarming moment though was Sam telling them "You think I'm tough, you should be glad that my brother is sick. He'd've wiped the floor with all of you." Dean's heart must have almost burst with pride. And poor Sammy too suffering with the aftermath and realising why they were called ghost chillies! Perfect ending John returning back from the hunt and commenting on the smell, not surprised he laughed at Sam's stuttered explanation, but he would have to admit his son had guts!

Another fic to add to faves, and kudos to your husband and son eating the chicken wings!
