Really sweet

Okay, Rory and Amy are forever my favorites, and it's stuff like THIS that's the reason why. They GET one another. Of course they do. Amy is a bit selfish and self-centered, and Rory is so much the opposite that they can't help but be drawn to one another. Rory likes to give. That's what Rory DOES.

And the thing is that THIS part of him is what changes Amy. She loves him because she can give to him, too, and it comes so naturally and easily. She can give and give and pretend to not be giving and Rory gets it, all the same.

In a way that the doctor can never be, RORY is the mystery to Amy, because Amy and the Doctor are so much the same. It's RORY that is always a surprise.
