I loved it. And I also like the story The lady or the tiger.

I've missed your writing so much. And I know that this has been up for ages and that I absolutely suck for not reading it earlier but life's been crazy and such things and tonight I just had to read it and I love it very very much, of course. Because it's your writing and your Lily and your Teddy and they're all so perfect. The scene in the kitchen is beyond magnificent; I love the way you've portrayed Teddy and Lily in it, especially the way you've included Teddy's thoughts.

I believe I'm rambling but this is gorgeous and I'm happy I finally read it and I'm sorry it took so long.

When I read the ending of this story I could picture Teddy choosing to be with her, probably due to my penchant for happy endings.

But when it comes to The Lady or the Tiger, I agree that she picks the Tiger. I too, felt so unsatisfied at the ambiguity of the ending. The sequel, The Discourager of Hesitancy promised to resolve what happened but it ends with a similar conundrum, to my eternal frustration!

Personally I think he should say no
