Just wow. I am almost speechless and that is rare. A splendid piece of work, with excellent dialogue to capture the characters. Thanks for not rushing Abby into the relationship as too many others do. And promise you will never stop writing. You have a gift.

I will never understand how people see even the slightest possibility of Abby and McGee getting together. They barely haave any on-screen chemistry that's slightly above friendship.

Other than the occasional jealousy bouts when they're dating other people, there's nothing. Most of the time it's all platonic/working relationship. In times when the team is in danger, Abby almost always rushes to Tony and not McGee. She's overbearing, manipulative and bulldozes over McGee all the time.

How is that a hint of romance to anyone? o.O

I adore this story. So much. It's amazing. I think I'm accidentally beginning to think of it as canon. You are a fantastic author and I love your writing.

What a hell-of-a-chapter! Literally and figuratively you took McGee and the team to hell. Getting them back is going to be tough! I was not prepared for stage 5.

I think Tony will make sure Tim realizes he is not to blame. all of them were looking at the same picture and did not pick up on the elevator. Sebastian is a clever bastard. Our heroes are greater when the villain is a worthy opponent. Congratulations on creating one.

This story was so fabulous. I first found it in the NFA Games community. They have a game where people quote part's of stories and others guess what the quotes are from and who wrote it.

Someone posted a quote from the first chapter and after reading it I haaaaad to read this fic. I'm so glad that I did, everything was spectacular. The mental anguish that McGee went through and how he overcame everything.

I loved that Tim became a father for Ella, it makes me want to read more fics where Tim plays a Daddy. It's the perfect role for him!

The ending was perfect, Tim being able to face his monster and walk away from him was great! Thanks for posting this!

I've been main-lining this story for the past few hours and I'm finally taking a breather to drop you a review (I'm so sorry it took so long!). I'm really enjoying this story so far. But I have to take a moment and say thank you for your character portrayals in this chapter. You easily could have gone over-the-top with an all out fight between "Nasty Daddy McGee" and "Ultra Protective Super Gibbs" protecting "Poor Little Defenseless Weak McGee" but you didn't. What you wrote was realistic and complementary to everyone involved. McGee's a grown man and a skilled agent. He doesn't need his boss to defend him to his father. And Gibbs isn't the type of man to throw himself into a complicated family situation that he doesn't know enough about. He's the king of complicated father/son relationships! I don't know if that made any sense but your story and this chapter certainly did. And I really liked it. :)

OH MY GOODNESS. Yeah, so this is pretty much at the top of most amazing stories ever list. I totally sat down and read this straight through. You have made my day/my week. Anyways, you are amazing. I love this story. I love Ella. And I love the ring Tim gave to Abby. Fantastic job. I can't wait to read some more stories from you!

AWWW! That was such a good story. I found this earlier today and haven't been able to walk away since. Normally I not a big fan of McAbby for pretty much all the reasons you hit upon in the story, but you really made it work in this story. And you did such an amazing job of capturing all the characters personalities. I can't even begin to tell you how much I loved this story, it was just all around amazing.

I loved the confrontation and Tim feeling that he really had grown and become more house only two blocks from Gibbs which the team will work on until im sure it will be the most beautiful thing every, the marriage and adpotion and everything a final chapter should be.
