I love this series!can't wait for more!

Can't wait for more chapters! I'm really quite worried about the veil, (spellcheck?) who if anybody is going to fall though?

I think i've been repeating myself in messages/reviews to you, but I don't believe I've said this before: I'm happy to see hints (particularly in the use of first names) that the atmosphere between Snape and the Marauders is thawing. You do so well with the relationships amongJames, Sirius, and Remus, and made their friendship with Peter believable. One thing I've never found believable in AU fics is an inability on the part of the adults ever to transcend the idiocies of youth. It was marginally credible in canon given how damaged Sirius was by Azkaban and Snape by the pressures of spying and his own guilt, but they still acted like children when Dumbledore tried to get them to reconcile, and I always thought Remus owed Severus an apology for failing to take the potion he so painstakingly made him even though he'd been so traumatized by him over the "prank" Sirius perpetrated when they were students. Reading the interactions of the three friends in this chapter reminded me how much I hope Severus can be brought into the circle and not stay forever out in the cold. Looking forward to the next update!

I've been devouring your fics for the past few days, and enjoying them very much. You're a good writer who seldom makes usage mistakes, but there is one in this chapter I thought you'd like to know about, since this is a WIP. The phrase "bully pulpit" does not mean "a vantage point from which to bully someone," as you've used it here. It gained currency during the early years of the twentieth century when Theodore Roosevelt used it of the presidency. "Bully" in the slang of the time meant something like "neat" or "terrific"-a usage that still survives in the sarcastic expression, "Bully for you." Roosevelt meant that the presidency was a great platform for getting a point across, nothing to do with bullying as we use the word today.

Sorry to gas on so long, but I'm a professional copy editor and I'm also older than dirt, so I can't seem to help myself. And I wouldn't bother if I didn't think so highly of this fic and hate the idea of an error in it, since they're so rare. Keep up the good work.

Please update soon. It's been like 2 months and on September 1st I start school and am going to be very busy to be able to read it so if you could and have the time please update before then. Can't wait for the next chapter.

submitted my chapter 5 review before finishing it. oops. anywho, i hope dumbledore's actually going to teach harry occlumency rahter than just beat him up with legilemency like snape did. hope all is well in your new job, and that a new chapter is rapidly on it's way... its your fault for getting us so wrapped up in the story in the first place, you know :)

I think this is a compliment and a complaint in one: I go around reading my updates for stories that don't update very often say once a month or so, after they accumulate, and not all of them either, and this time I caught 2 of this story. So, I love this story and I remember loving it before. Some slow stories are very hard to get back in, even trying to figure out which story it is is hard, but for this series I read a few lines and remember what stuff is AU about it and recognize the characters and pretty much get where we are again. That is great writing.

The complaint, of course, is that I wish to see a new chapter or two every month and with your latest post I hope that is what your new schedule is like! But if it isn't, I still love your writing. Grrr, angsty Harry who doesn't get that he isn't in charge of protecting the world and should share his troubles a little more widely. And in a more lovable way than canon angsty Harry.

Was just thinking about these stories today and how much I love them! I'll be looking forward to more if you get around to it. Happy writing!

Your stories/series are really good!, and please dont get rid of Sirius, it wont be the same and his character is absolutely hilarious and his relatiionship with harry is really sweet. Also, Harry and James' realtionship is also spectacular, congratulations ! You Rock !

Hi love your stories a whole lot. I keep looking and looking for updates but there isn't any so please update like this month pretty please. I'll be looking for it.

By the way I've noticed something; in all your summaries for this series it always says 'James Potter is alive and raising Harry' it doesn't say that for this one. Why not? Are you going to kill off James? Oh pretty please with cherry on top don't. He's like one of my favorites.
