I'm pumped to see how Nikola started this war, and yet knowing some of what Helen went thru with the Cabal changing her into some monster that only John can control within her. I'm sure Henry, Will and Kate still are curious as to how this changes their future, with knowingly their deaths are inevitable in a short span of time. Helen is determined to alter the future and destroy the source blood. I hope to see more into what caused Nikola to betray his friends. :D

I really like this story. I usually go for Helen/Nikola, though the Nikola bashing in this story is needed and shall I say deserved? Though I do feel sorry for Tesla. (What? I have a soft spot for the man). I digress...You're story is amazing. Brilliant really. I do enjoy the way you write Helen and John, it almost makes me want to switch sides. I cannot wait for more. You are an awesome writer!

I'm a huge fan of this and the altered future in which Nikola is responsible. I've always loved the way Druitt loved Helen regardless of his dark and violent past. This future couple is averting a way obviously sparked by Nikola and the Cabal. You can feel the anger in her actiions, her eyes, that John can easily soothe. At which point their arrival has intensified her hate for the vampire or former there of. I don't know what they could do to change the future, the their past with seeing their friends again is intriguing to see what really happened to Helen. :D

Aers, wow. That is a wonderful introduction to the story. You got the characters perfect. Can't wait for more. I have to find out what had happened in the 70 years.
