Please, you're a wonderful writer. Your stories keep me so hooked so please write more. It's hard when you get hooked on a story that never finishes.

I just stumbled upon this, and omg. I think it's brilliantly written, and I do love the way Arnold pines after Helga, with Helga being not so oblivious after all!

I love the way you are writing this. It's so Awesome. I love Arnold's character as much as I did in the first Pickle Jar fic. And Yes I am sad about there not being a School Play episode (weeps sadly in corner). If it weren't for the fact that Arnold would never hav the nerve to kiss Helga I would have proposed that you do a different play like Snow White where some how Helga gets cast as snow white and Rudy as the prince, but befor the last scene sumthin happens to him (sick or a broken leg) and Arnold who happens to be an understudy, knows the lines for the scene very well has to take his place and Helga (still thinkin she's gonna b kissed by Rudey)has her eyes closed for the scene the whole time. But then again this idea might not work since Rudey and Arnold are different, especially in head shape. But I do love the personalities of the characters Especially Arnold (my favorite). I'm actually sad that I'v finished the 1st 2 chapters, because now I have to wait for the rest. Keep Up the AWESOME work. great wonderfully written story. Absolute Love.

First of all, cool title in reference to "The Little Pink Book." And of course like the said episode, Helga will be the one to find it. Of course, when Arnold loses it, he would faint, rather than scream. And hey, I always wondered what would happen if he ever lost his dad's journal. He'd panic all right, and I thought Helga should find it. I thought if he saw her with it, it would be interesting if he tried to get it back and if she taunted him for it being private, and he got aggressive and yanked it away from her, which would surprise her a lot.

Man, that was quite a way for Gerald to get it back for Arnold! Arnold owes Gerald BIG time!

And it sounds like Rudey Maywell is the male counterpart of Ruth McDougal. Which reminds me, I always loved how Helga would get extremely jealous whenever she'd see Arnold crushing on another girl. In fact, Helga would never be like how Cyrano helps Christian to win Roxanne, even though Cyrano loves her. As selfish as it may sound, Helga would do anything to keep other girls away from Arnold and try to keep him all to herself, like when she said in "Summer Love": "I'm gone for two lousy minutes and all of a sudden some bimbo's movin' in on my territory? Well, fat chance I'm gonna let that happen! Arnold's gonna be mine this vacation, and no little beach chippie's gonna come between us!"

That... was kinda hilarious. And I have to say that I love Gerald in this. He is the best best friend any one could ask for. Just saying.

Another amazing chapter.

Arnold is pretty creepy. Some of those passages were... interesting to say the least. Arnold's shrine gave me a different perspective of Helga's shines in the show. I always thought they were kinda funny, but really they're pretty messed up in a stalkerish sort of way.

Good to see that Arnold and Brainy have some sort of Helga Anonymous group going on (ignoring Helga knows about both of them). I think it's funny that Arnold sells himself so short and thinks Brainy's the better man.

I'm a little surprised that Helga didn't instantly figure it was either Brainy or Arnold. Her approach to finding the book's owner was a lot smarter than Arnold and Gerald's 'detective work' in the original.

Gerald deserves a medal for being the best best friend ever. I would have told Arnold to steal it or something. Gerald is so full of himself. He never actually did anything cool in the show aside from being keeper of the tails. How in the heck did he become popular?

I was a little surprised that Helga believed Gerald was the owner, but the end cleaned that up rather nicely. I feel a little foolish for thinking Helga had no idea.

It's nice to see Helga just doesn't want to crush Arnold, but it's kinda cruel/painful when Arnold goes on about how Helga has NO clue he likes her.

I recognize two of those questions. Thanks for clearing up the timeline thing. I guess School Play really doesn't work with TPJ universe. At least not with Romeo and Juliet. Taming of the Shrew might work, though, but it still requires Arnold having a massive amount of courage.

Eagerly awaiting the next chapter. I wonder if Helga will still have sentimental attachment to the ribbon.

Your words in this chapter had a nice fluidity to them. I especially liked Arnold's diary *clears throat* sorry, I mean...journal. :D The passages were prose, not poetry, which I think fits more with Arnold's personality.

I've gotta say that Gerald is one heck of a friend. :D I know that was a hard thing for him to do but...oh man was I grinning during the whole thing. Ha Ha XD

Well...I'll be looking forward to reading all the other "episodes" you've got planned for this series. But, for now...let's see if I can write you back one of those heart thingies...

Because when he was going to confess, Rhonda kinda made him feel as if expressing his true self is something well... weird, just like Harold did with Helga the difference: Helga turns into a bully while Arnold is well shy and hidden.
